Dear Evergreen Community,
It is with great pride that I share some exciting news – Evergreen Elementary has been selected to serve as a Leader in Me Symposium host site! This prestigious recognition reflects the incredible transformation our school has achieved in just two years of implementing the Leader in Me program.
On March 13, we will welcome educators from across the nation, along with district personnel and city officials, to our campus. As a Symposium school, we will be opening our doors to showcase how leadership has become an integral part of our campus culture. Visitors will experience our students' growth through classroom visits, student performances, and leadership presentations that demonstrate the remarkable impact of this program.
This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our students, staff, and families who have embraced and elevated the Leader in Me principles throughout our school community. Having achieved such significant progress in just our second year of implementation speaks volumes about our collective commitment to developing tomorrow's leaders.
The upcoming Leadership Day at our campus will be a celebration of this achievement and an opportunity to share our success story with educators and leaders from around the country.
Thank you for your continued support in making Evergreen Elementary a model of student leadership.
