District of Choice
Walnut Valley Unified School District is currently accepting applications for non-residents for the 2026-2027 District of Choice (DOC) Program from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
Applications are available below or can be picked up at the district office. You may drop off completed applications through the District Office mail slot located at the main entrance or send by U.S. Mail to: WVUSD/PPS/DOC, 880 S. Lemon Avenue, Walnut, CA 91789. The District Office will close for winter break on December 18, 2025, at noon and will reopen on January 5, 2026. DOC applications MUST be postmarked on or before December 31, 2025.
We are unable to process DOC applications from students residing in the Azusa, Pomona, and Rowland Unified School Districts. Students in these districts may apply by Allen Bill or an Inter-District Attendance Permit to transfer to the Walnut Valley USD. Please inquire at your home district of residence.
