If your home does not fall within the Evergreen boundary, you must enroll at your home school.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
Beginning January 1, 2026, all students enrolling in Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade in a Los Angeles County school will be required to complete tuberculosis (TB) clearance as part of the enrollment process.
Families must visit a licensed healthcare provider to complete a TB Risk Assessment Form. The form includes two required pages. The first page is a TB risk assessment checklist, and the second page is the provider’s certification of completion and clearance. Both pages must be fully completed and submitted to the school.
This requirement may be completed up to one year prior to enrollment or within 90 days after a student begins attending a new Los Angeles County school district. To ensure a smooth start to the school year and avoid any delays with enrollment, we strongly recommend that families complete this requirement before the first day of school.
