Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!
The Evergreen School Community Club is a parent-led, 100% volunteer organization, similar to a PTA or PTO. We work closely with the staff and families of Evergreen Elementary School to enrich our students’ educational experience and help create a welcoming, connected school community.
Every Evergreen family is part of our community, and there are many ways to participate. Whether you volunteer at an event, help from home, attend a meeting, share an idea, or make a donation, every contribution makes a difference!
What We Support
Through fundraising and the generous support of our families and volunteers, the Community Club helps provide:
- STEAM programs, robotics, and technology tools
- Field trips, including admission and transportation
- Classroom and teacher support
- Student enrichment programs and assemblies
- Playground and recess equipment
- Family events and school celebrations
- Teacher and staff appreciation activities
- And so much more!
Get Involved
We warmly invite all Evergreen parents and guardians to become involved with the Community Club. Whether you can volunteer occasionally, help from home, donate supplies, or take on a larger role, there is a place for you!
Volunteer Opportunities
Throughout the school year, we need volunteers to help with:
- Planning and coordinating school events
- Event setup, decorating, and cleanup
- Serving food and running activity stations
- Selling spirit wear and event tickets
- Fundraising and collecting donations
- Classroom parties and Room Parent activities
- Teacher and staff appreciation events
- Book Fair, Movie Nights, Family Fun Night, Color Fun Run, and other school activities
- Preparing materials or completing projects from home
- Photography, graphic design, translation, and other special skills
No previous experience is necessary. Instructions and support will be provided, and families may volunteer as much or as little as their schedules allow.
Our Volunteer Community
We are committed to creating a welcoming and positive environment for everyone. We ask all volunteers to communicate respectfully, work cooperatively, remain flexible, follow school and event guidelines, and help keep the focus on creating meaningful experiences for our students.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet other Evergreen families, connect with our teachers and staff, and contribute to the special experiences our students enjoy throughout the year.

Our monthly Community Club meetings are one of the best ways to stay informed and get involved. Meetings include school updates, upcoming event information, volunteer opportunities, and reports from:
